Why is it so dirty?
The product arrived in crumpled packaging, but the device itself was intact. I had to wait a long time to open the compartment with batteries (they were not included in the kit). The problem generally flows with the button, so it doesn’t always work
The goods arrived on time as described, after inserting the battery the tip vibrates and that's how you can hear it. And what is worth it will be in use
The product arrived fast although it has some materials that let it be desired although I suppose for the price... it is fine although I have not tried it but the shape makes it comfortable for the shape of the face.
