Return Policy – 30-Day Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or an item on promotion.
To start a return, contact us at sales@timsmile.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the nearest warehouse we provide.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For items shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal during which you can cancel your purchase without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@timsmile.com.
Important: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse.
